Excellent mechanical technique (High Velocity Low Amplitude Technique - HVLAT) on the high cervicals in the case of a craniocaudal compression lesion.
BUT: only use the technique when all safety precautions and tests (mechanical, vascular, neurological and metabolical) are taken and when you are experienced with manipulations. Never cause pain during the lever construction and never use force.
