Clinical case with osteopathic approach
A female patient, 40 years old complains of bilateral low back pain, below L5 and at the level of the sacrum. The pain persists for some 5 months. She explains it like a ‘band’ feeling of tightness, especially when she stands or sits for a longer time. Walking or general sports reduces the complaints.
