High estrogen levels can be caused by:


• Obesity.
• Cardiovascular disease.
• Digestive problems.

 

Symptoms of high estrogen levels:


• Atherosclerosis.
• Headaches.
• Cramps.
• Weight gain, especially waist, hips and thighs.
• Uterine fibroids.
• Fibrocystic breasts (noncancerous cysts).
• Irregular periods with light or heavy bleedings.
• Depression.
• Panic attacks.
• Low self esteem.
• Mood swings.
• Memory loss.
• Fatigue.
• Loss of sex drive.
• In men:
       o Enlarged breasts.
       o Poor erection.
       o Infertility.
